Cesenatico From 30 March to 1 April the traditional gastronomic appointment "Azzurro come il pesce" - blue like fish - the first important initiative of the year, takes place. The aim of this event is to promote the image of Cesenatico as quality gourmet town and foster the professional specifity of Cesenatico restaurants, to promote the so called "poor fish", the importance of eating blue-fish, a food with high organoleptic qualities.

At the Colonia Agip a huge restaurant is opened for the whole lenght of the festival, with a wide range of traditional fish recipes prepared by the cooks of the Association of Restaurants of Cesenatico at affodable prices.

Along the harbour and in the old town center, the Fishermen of Cesenatico, the cooks of the Association “Chef to Chef Emilia Romagna” and the volunteers of the Associations of voluntary service of Cesenatico, will prepare some of the typical dishes of the local traditional fish cooking.
