The PROMENADE & UNIVERSALE hotel in Cesenatico is situated in the west part of the town, right on the promenade, and offers an associated beach with sun umbrellas and sun beds included in the price. The hotel was obtained by joining two different structures, and is provided with a wide garden, a special area for children with toys and a mini club, 2 swimming pools, a private car park, a bar, a satellite TV room, and a large air-conditioned restaurant. Most rooms overlook the sea; all rooms offer private en-suite facilities and air conditioning, and many of them were completely modernized in 2007.
The PROMENADE & UNIVERSALE HOTEL restaurant offers a large buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner; this way customers can choose what to have and how much to eat. All drinks during the meals and at the bar are included.
The water park of Atlantica is situated at 800 m and at less than 500 m there is the departure point for Croatia (Rovinj, Zadar, Lošinj) and for sightseeing tours on the Adriatic, at 700 m the Spazio Marco Pantani, a museum dedicated to the great Romagna cyclist who died prematurely, at 500 m the port channel designed by Leonardo da Vinci, the house of Marino Moretti (20th century writer) and the Fishing Boat Museum.

- Each booking will be confirmed after receiving a deposit of € 300.00 within 7 days of the reservation
- In the case of early departure guests are subject to a fee equal to 3 overnight stays
- In the case of a cancellation by the guests within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be completely refunded, otherwise it will not be refundable
