MOTORBOAT TRIP
It’s fun to be out at sea! This is what you will say when you go out on one of the twenty boats that set out to sea every day (even in the evenings) in summer from most of the seaside towns on the Adriatic Riviera.
Boat trips depart from Cervia and Cesenatico for daytime and evening cruises to see splendid beaches and mussel parks. They stop at Rimini to see the dolphin show, and at Cesenatico to see the harbour designed by Leonardo Da Vinci, the Maritime Museum and the Aquarium.

CYCLE TRACK – Milano Marittima – Nature Park
This route is characterised by shady pine trees, white poplars, oak trees and a variety of flowers and wood undergrowth, making it an interesting nature itinerary. From the harbour canal, the Milano Marittima side, it winds eastwards along Via Vittorio Veneto, crosses a bridge and continues along the cycle track as far as Via Leopardi. Turn right and continue until it meets Viale Ravenna. Turn left to join the cycle trail which goes through the pinewood. Continue until it meets Via Stazzone, and continue until you reach the metal bridge which crosses over the railway line, after 200m you will reach the Spa. This route joins various other itineraries within the pinewood making it a pleasant way to reach the centre of Milano Marittima and the Spa centre.
THE PINEWOOD AND NATURE PARK – Milano Marittima
The southern part of the historic Pinus Pinea pinewood, which once stretched uninterrupted from the north to the south of the town of Ravenna is the Nature Park of Cervia. It covers 30 hectares of pinewood, and was created in order to defend a considerable part of the town’s natural surroundings, making it useable for tourists and visitors at the same time.
Entrance to the nature park is free of charge. Many types of animals, both wild and domestic animals characteristic of farms, may be admired. There is also a botanical trail where you can see the typical vegetation of the pinewood in Cervia.
The Nature Park in Cervia, which was created in 1963, covers 30 hectares of pinewood and is the ideal place to spend a quiet day in a verdant setting immersed in the typical scent of the maritime pine trees.
PINEWOOD TRAIL – Cervia Milano Marittima (8km)
Starting point: large square in front of the Stadio dei Pini football stadium in Milano Marittima, viale Ravenna. Enter the pinewood, take the first path on the left and continue until you reach the banks of the canal, cross via Stazzone and continue. Take the first path on the right and carry on as far as the metal bridge which crosses over the railway.
Take the path to the right of the steps and continue for about 300m, turn right and go on until you reach a small wooden bridge. Cross the bridge and you will enter the pinewood once again, and continue for about 2.5km as far as via N. Baldini, at this point turn back for about 300m, turn left and take the first path on the right. Continue as far as via Jelenia Gora, cross the wooden bridge, turn right and continue along the side of the canal for about 300m, take the first left and you will be back where you started.
THE GNOMES’ FOOTPATH - Bagno di Romagna
Someone swears they have recently seen some gnomes wandering around Armina wood in the Bagno di Romagna Terme area. Such an extraordinary and fantastical piece of news spread quickly attracting the attention of the main TV networks and newspapers, that’s how Bagno di Romagna Terme became known as the “Country of Gnomes”.
A beautiful footpath, which is characterised by an enjoyable book of fairy tales “ I met some gnomes … go to site, has been dedicated to the small inhabitants of this forest.
