The following information will help you organize your holiday very easily.
CHECK-IN
Our guests are welcome to arrive at any time, but please note that rooms will be available from 1.00 p.m. Rooms should be left by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
In order to speed up the check-in procedures when you arrive, please hand over the form enclosed in our letter of confirmation; the form should be filled in (clear handwriting) and signed. Our receptionists will also ask for a valid ID card of the person who made the reservation.

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE:
○ Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner, with drinks included
○ Service, VAT
○ Drinks during the meals included (water, wine, beer and draught soft drinks)

COMMERCIAL TERMS, CANCELLATIONS AND INFORMATION
○ Rates are per person per night, and include full board service. Minimum stay: 3 nights.
○ For less than 3 nights a 30% surcharge will be applied.
○ Meals not consumed cannot be deducted from the full board rate.
○ Reductions are not combinable with other discounts or special conditions, unless otherwise
stated.
○ A € 200,00 deposit is required within 7 days from date of reservation.
○ In case of early check-out a 3-night penalty will be applied.
○ In case of cancellation within 30 days from receipt of deposit, the entire sum will be
returned; on cancellations received after this time the deposit will be held.
